AVAILABILITY:
The items listed on our website are subject to availability. If in the unlikely event that the same item is sold at the same time another oder for the same item is placed, the second buyer will be refunded in full.

PAYMENT:
Secure online payments can be made with most major credit and debit cards through our online SSL secure checkout secured by 'Thawte' or Paypal. UK we DO NOT accept UK Postal order's or cash or Non-UK Money Orders or Non-UK Checks strictly card or pay pal this removes any dispute over payments received.

DELIVERY DETAILS:
Orders will usually be dispatched the next working day on cleared payment being received by Capital Vinyl. The price per unit does not include shipping and handling costs. RETURNS POLICY:
You may return your unused item(s) with a valid reason (don't like it, changed my mind are not valid reasons) to be received by us within 14 days from date of dispatch for an exchange or refund of the item cost at our discretion. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Returns must be authorised by Capital Vinyl via email or telephone prior to being returned by Registered mail and in the same condition they were sold. We will email you a printable 'returns packing slip' for you to enclose with your return. We can only process authorised returns that we receive and that are returned to us in the same condition they were sold.

We are pleased to offer this in addition to your statutory rights.
